WEBINAR: Thought Leader Meeting - Keep Texas Beautiful

Join LRC’s Thought Leader series to learn how Keep Texas Beautiful manages their rural recycling program in underserved communities. If you are interested in learning more about rural recycling, resources around recycling and how Louisiana may be able to duplicate KTB’s model, please join us for this virtual event.

There will be time at the end to ask questions and network with other recycling experts in Louisiana. LRC will also ask those who are interested in continuing to be Sustainability Thought Leaders to meet quarterly to share ideas and resources to improve recycling. This is how we begin to change the narrative in Louisiana around recycling and litter.

About the Speaker: Zoe Killian, Program Manager, Keep Texas Beautiful 

Zoe Killian joined KTB in January 2023. In her role as Program Manager, she manages the Keep Texas Beautiful program, which serves to implement and improve recycling programs in rural and underserved communities of Texas. Zoe has experience working in local government, solid waste contract monitoring, community-based social marketing strategy and non-profit communications. She holds a BS from Texas A&M and is a SWANA certified professional in Integrated Solid Waste Management Systems. When not in office, Zoe enjoys spending her time hiking, traveling and enjoying the outdoors with her dog Pearl.
